Responsibilities:
Research and identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Develop business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to create proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that business development efforts are aligned with company goals.
Provide feedback from clients and market research to help guide product development and marketing strategies.
Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
Use CRM software to manage and track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Prepare regular reports for management on the status of business development efforts and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 3 years
3 years’ experience of working in B2B sales(international) in the IT sector (having experience of online platforms is a mandatory)
