We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive-Caller (Part-Time) to manage inbound and outbound calls build strong customer relationships and drive conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability and a results-driven mindset to maximize sales opportunities during assigned evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Understand customer needs, provide accurate information and offer suitable solutions.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and support the closing process.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM and report daily activities.
  • Achieve the monthly target of 400 calls with a focus on conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s (must be completed)
  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Ability to work between (7:00 PM – 11:00PM) evening shift for 2 hours.
  • 1-3 years’ experience of working in B2B sales(international) in the IT sector (having experience of online platforms is a mandatory)
  • An active listener that’s keen to offer appropriate solutions to our clients. We’re consultative in our methods and are looking for someone who can thrive in this environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to learn about new markets and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Comfortable speaking with a range of executives at some of the world’s leading brands.
  • Positive attitude toward work and a desire to learn and develop.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
  • Excellent English communication(mandatory) and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
