We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive-Caller (Part-Time) to manage inbound and outbound calls build strong customer relationships and drive conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability and a results-driven mindset to maximize sales opportunities during assigned evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally and maintain high service quality standards.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information and offer suitable solutions.
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads and support the closing process.
- Maintain call records, update CRM and report daily activities.
- Achieve the monthly target of 400 calls with a focus on conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s (must be completed)
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Ability to work between (7:00 PM – 11:00PM) evening shift for 2 hours.
- 1-3 years’ experience of working in B2B sales(international) in the IT sector (having experience of online platforms is a mandatory)

- Demonstrable ability to learn about new markets and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Comfortable speaking with a range of executives at some of the world’s leading brands.

- Excellent English communication(mandatory) and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
