We at Devomech Solutions are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team, where you will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our products. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and visually appealing user experiences across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviours.
- Analyze completed research and compile feedback for client presentations to support future design choices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
- Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- Regularly meet with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements, translating them into impactful design solutions.
- Manage design work in progress, and maintain communication with the Development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately before release.
- Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness & usability of designs.
- Document design decisions and rationale to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital products remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Sciences or related field
- 3 years in a UI/UX role with experience in responsive and adaptive design
- A strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proven experience taking business requirements through the design process to develop innovative solutions
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles & proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.
- Expertise in establishing design systems.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts. Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.
