We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Sales Associate to support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in client communication and documentation. The role requires strong research skills, professional communication and effective CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target industries and emerging trends.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients for outreach.
  • Reaching out to potential clients via email and social media platforms.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Help with follow-up communications to nurture prospects and maintain client engagement.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain communication schedules.
  • Accurately enter, update and manage lead and client data in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM.
  • Generate basic CRM reports on lead progress and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation of client interactions.
  • Monitor and update deal stages to support forecasting and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development support.
  • Strong communication and email writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
