We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechatronics or Electronics to manage and deliver projects effectively. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling projects on platforms like Upwork and excel in coordination with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechatronics and electronics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet technical specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
- Handle client interactions on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, including proposal submissions, negotiations, and project updates.
- Coordinate with design, development, and testing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any risks or challenges proactively.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in project workflows and methodologies.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional coordination and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics(must have).
- Successful completion of A Levels(must have).
- 0-1 year of experience in a professional setting, preferably with exposure to project bidding or client interaction.
- Strong understanding of mechatronics and electronics systems, processes, and tools.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(must have)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
