Devomech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Ecommerce Sales & Support Executive to manage and grow sales of our mechanical and electronic components platform. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering and have excellent communication skills(in urdu) to effectively engage with customers, understand their technical needs and provide tailored product solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders through the online ecommerce platform.
- Promote and sell mechanical and electronic components, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and recommend suitable components or alternatives.
- Coordinate with the procurement, warehouse and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Gather market insights and competitor information to support sales strategy and product positioning.
- Represent the company professionally and positively as the face of the platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in ecommerce & customer support, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electronic components and systems.
- Confident, extroverted personality with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms is mandotary.
- Outgoing and persuasive communicator.
- Technically sound and quick to understand customer requirements.
- Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
