Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic hardware for embedded systems and industrial applications.
- Select components based on performance, cost, and availability considerations.
- Create and review schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs using Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
- Ensure power management, signal integrity, and compliance with EMI/EMC standards.
- Conduct hardware validation, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for seamless system integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation (design files, test reports, and user manuals).
- Support prototype development and transition designs from concept to mass production.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, analog/digital circuits, power electronics, and signal processing.
- Experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.).
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance standards and design best practices.
- Understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
