Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research: Assist in conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for optimizing website content.
On-Page SEO: Support in optimizing website pages, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content, to improve search engine visibility.
Off-Page SEO: Learn and assist in developing link-building strategies to enhance website authority and rankings.
Content Optimization: Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in blogs, articles, and other digital content.
Technical SEO: Assist in identifying and resolving technical SEO issues, such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors.
Analytics and Reporting: Learn how to use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor website performance and prepare regular reports.
Competitor Analysis: Help in analyzing competitors’ SEO strategies to identify potential areas of improvement for our own website.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Interest in SEO: Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly in SEO.
Basic Understanding of SEO: Familiarity with basic SEO concepts, either through coursework, internships, or self-study, is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
