Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to gather insights and understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviours. Analyze completed research and compile feedback for client presentations to support future design choices.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows. Develop design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Regularly meet with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and understand requirements, translating them into impactful design solutions.
Manage design work in progress, and maintain communication with the Development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately before release.
Plan and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness & usability of designs.
Document design decisions and rationale to ensure transparency and consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital products remain cutting-edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Sciences or related field
3+ years in a UI/UX role with experience in responsive and adaptive design
A strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma
Proven experience taking business requirements through the design process to develop innovative solutions
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles & proficiency in Figma.
Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.
Expertise in establishing design systems.
Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, personas, journey maps, and other design artifacts. Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and the ability to advocate for UX best practices across disciplines.
