Ultra-Low Power Management
Optimized sleep cycles and motion-based wake-up systems were implemented to maximize battery life for long-duration field usage.
Long-Range Reliability
LoRaWAN (868 MHz) with OTAA authentication ensures secure and stable communication over distances up to 15–20 km.
Accurate Sensor Integration
Multiple sensors including GPS, heart rate, SpO₂, and temperature were calibrated and synchronized for reliable real-time monitoring.
Thermal Protection
The enclosure was designed to withstand extreme desert conditions, ensuring stable internal temperature and dust resistance.

Integration Phase
The prototype integrates a compact PCB (nRF52840 + SX1276) with modular enclosure design. Powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery, it combines GPS, motion sensing, and vital monitoring into a single wearable unit.

Testing Phase
Functional testing ensured accurate tracking, sensor performance, and communication stability. Power cycles, data transmission intervals, and activity-based reporting were optimized for efficiency.
